About Buda riverside & Gellért Hill
Buda is quieter and greener than Pest. Gellért Hill rises above the Danube with the widest views of the city, and at its foot are the Rudas Baths, built under Ottoman rule.
To the south, Bartók Béla Avenue is lined with cafés and galleries; to the north, the riverside leads past the Chain Bridge to the Lukács and Veli Bej baths.
